This course is approved through the Iowa Real Estate Commission and satisfies the mandatory Law Update required by the State for renewal.
Join us for a fun and practical law update class that fulfills the 8 hours needed for Iowa CEUs.
Your instructor will update you on changes in Iowa laws related to real estate and discuss varying rules. You will also review Agency and other basic terminology.

A course may be taken only once during each three-year renewal period. A course may be repeated only if the course numbers and instructors are different.
FULL TIME attendance is REQUIRED for the entire course in order to receive a certificate of completion. You are responsible for tracking your certificates.
